"Paul Kelly" A mate and I went out camping last weekend and I made lamb gyros for our grub, I cheated a little and sous vide the lamb before going out and then we used the Ozbrai over the fire to really char it up. My mate then made cold oil chips and I can tell you they were the best chips I have ever had in my life. Cheers mate

"Paul Kelly" 2 star pickets hammered into the ground, two flat plates with two 45deg pins on it, to fit into the star picket holes(height adjusting) One with a bit of pipe to accept your cross piece, the other with a half pipe to be able to lift it off. You can then rotate your meat as required.

Great episode “Paul Kelly”. My daughter said “oh , that looks good” when the lamb was being put into wraps. She is 15 and was a little shocked initially when the lamb was being setup but came around when she saw the finished product. We’ll done mate - I gotta say I would have loved to have been there helping with the lamb :)
