Its interesting how "muddy" translates so beautifully with certain colors. Especially blues. I love it! Distinct bright colors isnt always a goal of mine. I gave my mom options since she wants a painting for her bedroom and she picked a dirty cup pour done with different shades of blue, a blue tinged silver, and white.
Ok. I think you're converting me into a lime green lover. I audibly gasped when that splash of lime came out. The table scraped blue is really pretty too! I can't wait to see what you do with it! Another beautiful one!!
This reminds me of inflating a hot air balloon during a mass ascension. Hundreds of balloons with different colors and designs when you're being squished between them all, just before the balloon is ready to stand tall. Then there are several all around, ready to ascend into the sky that can't be seen yet. Then, suddenly, the colors are all above. 😊❤
Awesome! I would love a video on how you save your slop paints. I’ve done your courses and they are so helpful, but the prep and cleanup always gets me.
Thanks! I show how I scrape them up and store them at the end of this video. What else did you have questions on, maybe I can help? Glad you are enjoying the courses!
Wow that was stunning, got to try a thin pour with just water. Just wish I had a table large enough to do a large canvas 😂. See you next week big hugs and thanks for all your inspiration ❤❤❤
Another beautiful piece. I love following you Molly and Olga. I had a Molly moment earlier tonight. I was mixing paint for tomorrow using Olga’s method and recipe, and I knocked pouring medium across my table lol. When I did it, you were who I thought of first 🤣🤣🤣 now if only I can create beautiful art like you both.
Molly you should look into letting some of the paint dry and selling the skins to crafters they can be used for jewelry, tumblers, coasters, and so much more
Eu preciso muito aprender, primeiro pq sou apaixonada, segundo pq preciso muito, mas nem sei como e também não posso conprar as tintas! is beautiful, is very good,
Molly I’m quite new to yr channel but find myself watching your videos every day. I just love ❤ the painting behind you. I know it’s an oldie but, it reminds me of seafoam & I think it would be beautiful in aqua & blues & white. What do you think. Lots of love from Scotland ❤
Bonjour.
@anthonypeterson3112 it is likely that brand of paint. That type of paint has lots of fillers and not as much binder and is already kind of liquid. I have found that each paint reacts different with just paint and water. Craft paint doesn't work that well. I like amsterdam acrylics or winsor and newton or golden (they are all most expensive unfortunately) for paint and water. Those don't normally crack. Hope that helps!
@anthonypeterson3112 yes you can use floetrol or another artist grade medium that has good binders but they still can withstand a lot of water. But you def. Play around and see!
