I always told, if you are around people that are talking about average things, you are in the wrong room. If you are around people and you have no idea what they are talking about, you are in the right room.
Take notes on this people. I take companies to market every day in the strategic and private equity fields. There is a lot of possibilities in what Brandon and Grant are sharing. You still have to be wise, but the baseline concept is interesting. Someone commented that you're way ahead of the pack if you watch this. I agree if the pack is uninitiated in this concept. However, there is a pack out there who has been doing this for 30+ years and has this process down to a science. Study and apply what's being said, do not rush in blindly.
Grant always used to say that he is a simple guy. He just knows couple of things and double down on these. This footage show exactly that. He asks so simple questions and focuses only on what matters. Definitely the most inspiring video of Uncle G.

This conversation was amazing if u ACTUALLY understand what they are talking about. as a stock market/equity investor this was AMAZING. They are basically building a fund of businesses where their profit margins are 20%. with a P/E multiple of 20 ( thinking they will still grow) can sell the fund to a HUGE pension fund for income portfolios for retires like teachers, anyone with a 401k or a bunch of private equity funds. They just keep 25 percent of the cashout as a fee from all the businessesd and helping them increase their revenues and bring them the funds. wow

Only you could follow President Trump and keep the economy and country as great as it is right now! But you need to run as a republican not a democrat. The democratic party is such a joke that no democratic will win a presidential election for years to come. 10X!
It's like management consulting where the consultant has a strong vested interest in actually providing value, not just "atta boy" compliments from the partnership at his consulting firm. And the vested interest sounds REASONABLE - it's not going to suffocate the business, and it only pays if the business actually improves. So much of private money deals (venture capital, private equity, private debt, etc) are ready to rip the asset away from the owner and consider that move a legitimate part of the business strategy. They have a perverse incentive to undermine the very business they're supposed to be helping, if they feel their opportunity is stronger by taking control of the asset. That is why private money has a very bad reputation in some ways. No willingness to step away from the "we'll take your asset if we have to" behavior. Some operators are not thinking, or not caring, about the value that the small businesses provide to the community - jobs, economic opportunity for the owners and leadership. You guys are providing a great service!
Grant is an absolute inspiration. Kudos to this man and his team. 1 year ago, I was like.. I just want enough passive income to quit my job and retire. Now I’m like, maybe I want to be a billionaire because security that billionaires have is worth working towards.
Haha this is a great advert to generate deal flow for Cardone Ventures. A little bit delusional projections, but if he left Dawson to operate, and Cardone simply brings the deals from his audience they’re really going to be super rich!!
At the very end, Brandon said "you don't want any of the footage of this out, right?" It was an awkward moment, for a couple reasons. (1) here we are, watching the footage, so you wonder if Brandon was just joking when he said that. (2) Grant has been transparent about his work in order to help others Elon Musk doesn't file patents for Tesla products. You can find a video(s) where he explains why. But the point is, setting a great example, and offering a helping hand up (and not a handout), for others is a very kind-hearted thing to do, and it comes back to you in good karma.
