You have such a beautiful voice. Listening to you sing ‘voice within’ made me so emotional... I sing that song to my daughter when she’s down or struggling to manage her challenges. Hearing you sing it to your feathered daughter was really touching and so heartfelt. Seeing her react to your voice... Just lovely watching you two bond 💖

Mikey, she's so adorable. I love the way she sits...the Penguin sit. heehee She has the cutest little girl baby bird belly. :) She's so adorable. I miss my Cockatiel and Amazon. They used to copy each other. Made up their own song they'd sing together every night. I really really want another bird. They add something very very special into our lives....unconditional love.
My african grey also loves to play with my bunch of keys. Very intelligent bird, knows the meaning of each word he learns to speak, and the feeling/emotion that goes with that word. Mimics your voice. Also seems to know what youll do next, like when you pick up the phone, he will say "hello?", when you leave the room he' ll say BYE, etc. youll just be surprise at what this bird can do. Starts with words, then starts to try saying phrases and sentences.
Ligaya is such a delight and becoming more beautiful each day! She’ll be repeating a sound soon. I can tell by her body language that she’s trying to “speak” back to BirdDaddy.

a small tip with how i trained my bird to step up: 1. place your hands infront of the bird 2. gently push on their tail feathers upwards to encourage them to stand on your fingers/hand. idk if it will help your bird but it definitely helped with mine learning how to step up!

Ligaya can live longer because of her diet..if u feed her organic vegetables, fruits, nuts she can live up to 100 years old or more since she has good base telomeres because shes just a few months old...it is the example of the oldest tortoise jonathan whom i think is still alive at 170+ yrs old on a remote island today where Jonathan's mainly diet is fresh vegetables and it is in his genes to live longer as well...but definitely ligaya will outlive most of us..

What more if it's a real human baby? 😜 hmmmm, the Filipino way of kiss though 😂 BTW, buy gloves so Ligaya can perch nicely without hurting your hand for her to feel secured. It’s possible.. just as long you keep talking to her. His first word was “Hi Doggo!” That’s the name of my yellow naped Amazon. Then he learned “Good Boy!” My other bird talks a lot and sing so he’s also learning from him. Lol!

I love your parrot dude, so cute. I want a life long partner that I could care about like that. I do have a question though, do these parrots bond in the sense that eventually they can be left to their own things and that they will accompany without doing something of danger?
Thank you. What do you mean? Yes they do bond and they can be left alone on a perch or play area outside of their cage, but allowing them to free fly outside and trust that they will stay with you is a very risky thing to do and requires a special kind of training.
try to introduce my sun conure morning diet. kalabasa kamote karrots okra (remove seeds and steam for 10 minutes) this is a good diet on weaning birds and to transition them to solid foods. steam because they will think that its like a formula which is warm before they will eat it.
Maby it would be easier for her to drink the water if you fill it to the top. That way she isn't biting it. She can't really drink that way. (Just a thought) 😀👍
