My boiler has no heating or hot water with fault code EA227 boiler making strange noises bubbling

Customer called to say they’re heating and hot water isn’t working and that the boilers making a funny noise, they said the boiler pilot light is also flashing…
On arrival I see a Worcester Bosch 30i erp sat on the wall flashing away…
I reset the boiler and I can hear a washing machine sound coming from the boiler…
