Maybe he's not diligently working. But also? I feel like dishwashers are the least-respected in the restaurant biz. Everyone and everything depends on their ability to get things done FASTER THAN POSSIBLE. But Angel could also be a total jerk, too. We may never know (unless Cut recruits him for a follow-up!!!!! DO IT DO IT DO IT! WE WANNA SEE ANGELS!) I know the one time I worked at a restaurant, the dishwasher was A VERY CREEPY PERSON...like I was 18 and he was in his late 50s probably and he was too friendly. Much too friendly. Not professional in the least. I just pictured him, and it's been over ten years and I was only at that job for 3 days. That's how creepy it was.
