Written by Phil Coulter and Bill Martin from the original song "Parce que je t'aime, mon enfant" by Jean-Pierre Bourtayne and Claude Francois.
Claude Francois was also the first to sing this song and was also the original singer of the original version of MY WAY.
There is also a beautiful rendition of MY BOY sung by Richard Harris.

Live music
All music recorded in the MUSIC FROM MY CAR sessions were recorded live with a Samsung s9+ and no extra microphone. All recordings were just in one take. No autotune was used. The backingtrack was played from a Ipad. And Franklin drove around in his Citroen C1. Traffic safety first.
