literally just made monkey bread last night with my gf!! i like to layer the caramel syrup in the layers of the dough so it always sinks to the bottom. when i dump it out the bundt, the caramel cakes on the top layer of bread AND coats the inner bread pieces. it’s… too good 🧎🏾‍♂️

You should dip the dough balls into butter and then cover with the sugar and cinnamon, then put them in a muffin tin so they bake more even! That's what our family does and it works out really well :>

Foil hack: put monkey bread/buntz mold on a big baking pan with a rim and put the foil on the pan. The syrup should be caught by the foil and pan and use less foil

I remember when my dad and I made Monkey Bread when I was little! We used to watch a show called 'Cake Boss' and after a while of posting our finished products, about a month later, Cake Boss reached out to us and gave us a Cake Boss cake tray- seeing my dad so happy made me happy :)

Put a cookie sheet under the cake pan or anything you think will rise/bubble over the edge of the pan. Saves cleaning the oven rack
