Tommelise Have you tried the brand Be Layered ? It’s a brand which also make clones of famous perfumes. If you did try be layered which do you prefer, scent library or BeLayered ?
Tommelise yeees it would be great and then maybe compare with the library scent brand in how much they last and which brand makes the more similar scents
Good afternoon Yana! This was great clip. Good, reasoned guessing from Benni! I have a clone (and by clone I mean a clone brand that has set out to copy a fragrance, not a designer brand that is producing a similar scent) of Baccarat Rouge and a sample of the real one. I my opinion they smell different at the atomiser and also in the opening. The real fragrance has a sense of much more quality than the clone. After a period of time (a couple of hours) they may smell very similar, perhaps indistinguishable from a short distance if you didn't know the original. But one thing that will never change with a clone is the feeling you get when applying the original that you have worked for, saved for and waited for when compared to getting a clone after a couple of days and just spraying it on. Hands down the whole journey for the real one can never be beaten by any shortcut clone! Yana, you look absolutely beautiful in this clip! Your hair is gorgeous, your outfit and nails match the Tom Ford Vanille Fatale bottle, simply stunning.
Hello James, so nice to hear from you! The clone brands use special machines to detect all nuances and it's crazy. I agree, the feeling of wearing original is so different
Have you tried the Perfume Parlour clone (1868)? I suppose it couldn't hurt to have a couple of clones lying around just to ration the real stuff. Does Fragrenza do one? Maybe do a vid on your favourite alternative? Ps - I told you Benni's improving! 🙌

I don't like clones. A lot of work goes into creating a new scent. It seems criminal to just come copy a scent. If they put their effort into creating a new scent which we will remember their brand for surely that is a great thing to do. I have no respect for clone houses, but I applaud originality. Let's promote authentic creations as it it is not easy to compose an awesome scent. At the end of the day it is not the end of the world if you buy a clone but it is just my opinion
