Truly loved watching you enjoy Dans performance! Gave me lots of smiles! Dan has the best grit, growls and screams that I’ve heard since the 70-80s! He knows how and when to place them. His covers of Nightwish, Evanescence, Within Temptation, Witcher covers are all amazing! The theatrical side of Dan is just as impressive. When he attended the University of Oregon, he was in an acapella group called On The Rocks that was pretty cool! I, too, attended the University of Oregon, but before Peter was there. Your face when Jon popped up growling was something else!!😆 Skar is definitely worth checking out - he's done a couple of collabs with Jon on songs from Skyrim and Baldur's Gate 3. I think he has other collabs with Dan on his channel as well. He's one of those guys that always seem to have a smile on his face ☺
Skar is epic power metal, and he's really good. He has a ton of vids, with a couple of them with Dan joining him (Pokeman Theme & Misty Mountains from The Hobbit). Skar's stuff is mostly from video games, movies, a few Disney - even the Cantina Band music from the original Star Wars. Skar is the bassist for a band called Equilibrium (dark symphonic metal), like Victor the Guitar Nerd is a guitarist for Eleine (also dark symphonic metal).
Ken Tamplin is a Vocal Coach who specializes in Rock. Every video he uploads he demonstrates how to sing, also during reactions (in particular male high notes like the one Dan did). I was surprised him being invited but maybe he trained Dan or is just a buddy of him?
