Well actually, in the last SLS video there were a few comments asking the maggot if he could explain what the minimalist achievement was either in the description or at the start of the video, and he said he'd make a short explanation on every video from now on, at least on slay the spire focused videos.

The same devs made Into the Breach, which is just about the polar opposite of FTL. FTL is a game where RNG will fuck you every turn you take. ITB is a game where every loss is due to your own actions and mistakes.

seriously they didnt reply? I got an answer on the steam forums after like 2 hours, oof. Hope you can come around too it though at some point, a lot of the classes have nice skillchecking mechanics, IMO even my runs with garbage luck feel fun most of the time
