In this video I unbox, build, and give my thoughts on the brand new, just released 2023 Trek Marlin 8 Gen 3. This bike was released today in North America, so in this video I go over the build process, all the components from the suspension fork and brakes to the drivetrain, including the shifter, cassette, and more.
