Rob T doesn’t sound that bad for a 4 cylinder. If you hear one on the road, you will hear that it sounds very good. JE is paying £140 a month for this. It’s peanuts. For a TTRS your looking at a £500 a month finance deal at a minimum. Plus JE’s TTS is now turned. Very similar performance
@@ArcticRob you can get a ecu tune on the car that also adds a TTRS/RS3 exhaust map on it, so it actually makes the note a bit deeper and adds overun burbles
I just got my RRS 5.0 V8 SC Tuned! Love it. It’s like a rocket ship. (Not at DMS unforTUNEately lol) Has more power than the SVR now (same engine anyway as you know). It’s a Revere edition and I have just powder coated the wheels white like the paint. One of a kind! Would love to meet up and chew the fat on RU-vid square when this is over. (I live in central too) keep the vids coming Tom. Love the content with ya bro in too (mad as a box of frogs lol)

Daytona grey is the best! My A1 is Daytona grey and when looked after it always looks awesome! Never thought I’d like a red interior but that is stunning!
I have a Black Edition with this extended red leather, although its not real leather its vinyl in the door cards and centre consoles and part of the seats.
Another RU-vidr I watch actually owns a 2015 TTS as well, and it's even Daytona Grey, and with the manual gearbox. But as opposed to the red leather interior, his has the black. I believe Tom's actually met him before, his RU-vid name is Syndicate

I had a boggo E46 330d about 10 years ago - DMS remapped it (they came up to Weybridge and hid round the corner from the house so my wife couldn’t see); the torque was phenomenal after that
A couple of serious questions for once. If you "mod" your car aren't you obliged to tell your Finance/Lease company as technically they still own it? Same with the insurance? (I wouldn't like a prang in a £100k car to find they won't payout.) I watched a RU-vid video where a finance company tried claim payment as the guy had "materially changed" his car? Finally, what did JE mean? If he pays for the car early does he get a cheap/trade price thus enabling him to sell it and potentially make a profit??? 🤔 Keep up the good work and keep safe.
I see on the drivers seat headrest that the side plastic has worked it’s way out just like on my 66 plate Roadster. Audi used sub standard plastics on the early models, admitted to the fact but refuse to replace under warranty. Nice one Audi.
Someone I know personally used to have one. He had the fastest 1/4 in the UK 10.45s. unfortunately the car is now dead after a tree had a fight with it. Made 550bhp with a lot of work (good brake kit and coilovers are a must) keep it for longer than summer and make it a proper project car and push for higher power, would be good content. I’m sorry £140 a month my 64 plate fiesta ST is £200 🙃😂

Probably be a 3yr pcp with 5k deposit, if you buy the car at trade price you could drive that for 6 months at least and get your money back when you sell it
Now here’s one for you , I recently reversed over a plastic bucket I had been using to wash my 2008 TT TDI , 44k from 15k when purchased 4 years ago. To my surprise upon looking underneath I found no back box in fact I think it’s what they call a straight through ? Well maybe so has she been tuned who knows. Lol.
So I had a /2020 992S that I sold and have to wait 18 -24 months for a new one. 992.2 edition. I was hunting for a TT for my lady and found a 7 month old demo with 2200 miles for £7k off list. I ended up getting it for myself as was a great bargain and stock 250BHP so good but less chance of more speed tickets. I’m on 9 points thanks to the 992S 😀
Nice car, nice deal done. As yer man said the DSG will always be a bit faster but I have to say a manual transmission Mk3 TTS isnt exactly rare. For future reference the Black Edition is the one you want imo.
