Kashmiri Pandits are successful not just because they are highly educated and intelligent but also because they are highly spiritual. Parents must be so proud. One brother already successfully and second one also heading for the same. The line where Meru says this is all because of the blessings of our parents is why I love this channel. @@Binaryxd-i9bYes, very liberal and at the same time spiritual. I had a Kashmiri pandit family as neighbors in Kolkata. Daughter Nuclear Physicist and the other son Cardiologist. But if you met them you would think they are like soo soo coool and not nerdy at all. Actually very similar to Meru Bhaiya type of vibes. No family pressure. Infact they told my father to let him open his wings and do what he wants once when I got frustrated with my studies. Can't forget them.

Kps to sirf 1 2 lakh hi the aur tab bhi apna culture nahi change kiya inhone aaj tak wahi follow kar rahe hai. Meru ki bhi shaadi Kashmiri rivaz se hui. Tum baniyo pe thu hai jo Kashmiri ko bol rahe ho. Apni neech community dekho pehle. Liberal vichaaro se hota hai jo tumahri jaat vale nahi samjhege kyku tumahri community mai sirf chori karna aur cheat karna sikhate hai.

Always buy a flat which is ready to move in else you would be stuck with under construction property. My relatives are stuck for close to 15 years and till date their flat is not delivered.

Not always....is a balanced approach though. I bought a ready to move in flat for 1.5 cr from a premium builder of Kolkata. But these were 86L in 2020 . So yeah, not always.

Nice to see you in my housing society. I am on the 12th floor of Silicon City, but I would not recommend this flat unless you are getting an extremely good deal. The drawbacks are that both the Amrapali projects are now under NBCC (the builder went bankrupt), the construction quality is very poor, there is no allotted parking, the DG power backup is not consistent, and there are water issues. In short, this society has lots of problems and is poorly managed.

Really liked one thing about Gurgaon, Noida etc.that unlike Mumbai there aren't any slums besides Residential Buildings. Even our Airport has slums besides it.

You should also check out Prateek Wisteria , Sector 77 , Noida .... beautiful landscaping , so many sport areas , amphitheatre, walking jogging tracks , play zones , swimming pool, club area , gym , places to unwind , relax n chat .....the vibe is also awesome ❤....spent a year as a tenant there ...pretty cool 😊

Bhai,Mahagun Mezzaria is good but expensive, Amrapali is under litigation but appreciation will be at least, you can try Elite Golf Link , Gaur Sportswood Sector 79 which is upcoming Sports city. Mahagun Moderne which you tried is fine but very crowded.

Real Estate bubble, anyone? Don't you think it's feasible to buy a land instead of concretes? Land rates are ₹20-25 lakhs per 100 yards near Japyee Hospital, Noida Expressway. P.S. I'm not an agent. Lol. A relative bought 300 yards last year at this rate. Pro Tip: Rumours are ripe that UP Govt is gonna aquire some land for SEZ in the future, so, if they acquire then 4x returns instantly. Even if they don't then that land parcel is between Noida and Greater Noida.
