The way Noël interpret the things sometimes it sounds like a watching a motivational video. Even though I don't know him but from seeing through the videos it looks like he's kind of person who values & understands the someone's emotions or feelings, who can give you comfort by his words or who is ready to give you a peace of advice whenever you need.
