Thank you so much, this video was easy to follow not a lot of parts you were efficient in the way you hooked it up! I'm amazed, thanks for making this so easy
Great job! I am planning the same idea for my trailer home. I'm fixing its place permanently. So I need to connect the sewerage directly to the septic tank. The problem I have is the cassette or storage of sewer, I might put a hole on this cassette to have a pipe connected on it down to the septic tank. I’ll check if there’s an outlet like yours on it.
One comment if anyone is looking to do this - the 90 off the RV should be a cleanout tap and not a 90. I agree its unlikely you will get a stoppage in the short run, but if you did, having a cleanout will save you dealing with a lot of crap (pun intended)
My 24 yr old son just moved to Austin. Honeycomb RV Park. My 15 year old 5th wheel. It was in a storage yard for a year before I had it hauled to Austin for him to live in. Several problems showed up. I tried to explain hard plumbing septic was the way to go! Are you anywhere near there? He could really use some help. He's right out of college. Got good job in Austin. Very smart, but just learning the ways of the world outside of college and dorms. I'm 350 miles away with no transportation. He also has a major water leak pouring out from under the toilet area! A plumber he is not!
When the shit falls dose it fall right into the septic or is it falling into another pipe that leads to septic?and if so dose it not clogged the pipe or build up ..
Thanks for the video. I am curious as to what the reason is for the hard plumbed requirement for over 30 days? Just cannot see how a month should change anything from one day? Can you enlighten?
This may be a silly question but I’m moving into a house that a camper is built into does this make it where you do not have to change the sewage tank?
HI FROM NEW ZEALAND MOVING AND REQUIRED ME TO BE PLUMBED IN AS WELL. Did you do your kitchen and shower water as well connected? I plan to do mine next year and will connect all of them up to run down into the septic tank can i do this? Thanks for your suggetions
as a total newbie ...can I ask you when you are set up like this do you have to empty tanks as videos I have seen when their half full etc ? lol I just have no clue and trying to learn . As the trailer I bought is in a seasonal sight and trying to understand it before the season opens in May :)
