Even after u get lot of experience and u go to another ship its new for everyone everytime because in every ship the system is different job is different and u cannot go directly as os without any experience u will be tr os first

Bro tugboat ill 12 month training kayinall second mate exam apply chayan pattumo. Tugboatill deck cadet same ano compare to container ship please reply me

first of all 12 months u cannot appear for second mate second if u want to appear for sec mate after getting tug exp u can only become officer on tug boat not on big ship. and there is no deck cadet on tug boats

Ur exp will count as 1/3rd that means if u do six months ur sea time will be counted only two months and also if u get watch keeping it will be with limitation

If u take watch keeping from tug u cannot go on big ship because it will be limited watch keeping

After doing proper courses people are struggling to get job open cdc is nothing u have to look for agent everytime with open cdc watch my all videos please u will understand everything I've said everything in the videos about open cdc non dg approved institute etc
