Two slices of bread a week isn't gluten free. I'm amazed that you do this. If I was to have even a small part of only one slice of bread, I would have abdominal pain and joint pain for at least a week, maybe more. Once the gluten has completely gone, I feel marvellous again. If you aren't gluten free completely, you are likely to get osteoporosis when you are older.
