stop i’m CRYING! when she was talking about her dad not being there, i felt that so hard because my dad also didn’t come to my quince neither and i actually danced with my mom & mi padrino instead🥺
this is so cute, i honestly loved her little series that she had and it makes me sad because i didn’t get to have my quince because of covid .. i wish i could experience something so beautiful but my daughter will definitely have her quince :( and i lost my grandma and she wanted me to have it and she passed away sadly ...
i’m so glad you mentioned the part with your dad and step dad bc i can relate so much and it makes me feel like i’m not alone and wasn’t the only one who went through that during my quince
Same !! I was so upset and I felt like my “self worth” was nothing atm but I learned the best way possible (from my step dad) that whoever wants to be there and wishes the best for me is going to be there. I no longer trip about my dad not being there for me because my step dad is the only fatherly figure I need and want in my life.

I know I wish my STEPMOM was here too to be part of my quince but she passed away from Cancer Before Valentine’s Day on February 13, 2020 and I was planning to do the same because I had always dream about doing the Mother and Daughter dance but god had different plans and took Here way earlier
Oh my goodness. I was planning to have my own series as well for my quinceñera 😂 the fact I'm not the only one who likes MDQ and wants to do their own series after being inspired is awesome 💜

I have always wanted to be apart of something like this for my quince , it seems so fun and you get to record your experience and look back at it or bring laughter to other people but like mines in dec and I live in San Antonio lol
Honestly I feel her my great grandma passed away this year and my quince is next year and it kinda hurts knowing she isn’t going to be there since I thought she was going to be at my quince like she was at my sisters and it kinda sucks knowing how badly I wanted her there and now she isn’t going to be there😔
