I don't know man,saying that synapse doesn't exploit anymore and saying that you wasted good part of your money doesn't mean that both Devs and mods should rethink of the way you turned your back to game's rules(exploiting), i think that ban should stay on that account so that you always remember why cheating isnt a great way of gameplay.

They should just unban everyone except like the youtubers that got banned (unban them if they've been banned for a certain amount of time not unban the new people) since you cant exploit anymore

Chase bans aren't to solely prevent exploits as alts are allowed, Chase bans are just permanent punishments as a way to punish content creators or notable people for encouraging exploits further to the playerbase, bans aren't in account for future changes thus bans will not be lifted
