It's more of a joke. He only does it for one minute or 30 seconds. If you watch his streams, he'll say don't take it personal. I've gotten time-out plenty of times and majority of them were jokingly like on Sunday, he had a joke book and was reading off jokes and I put a joke in the chat and he was like "I make the jokes." He timed me out for 30 seconds but it was hilarious. Once you fully watch a stream, you'll understand.
