bro i've been playing this team literally since week 1 of the master duel global announcement, i've lost count of how many times i've gone diamond and platinum with this deck. I'm glad there are other people playing it. ps sorry for my awful english but i'm italian.
this is my build in attrib! i just run 3 tenyi negates so that i can negate their feather dusters and lightning storms coz thats really the decks weakness
I've been playing YMD since it came out but I'm really just a newbie in this game, I really appreciate your guidance throughout the videos, thank you very much :3
Fought this kinda deck a few times. It’s crazy resilient and hard to bait pass all the resources. It’s weakness is the back row. You can’t out brawl this deck once its setup.
Subbed, love this deck, even before tears meta. Learned some techs here. Very nice indeed, gonna check your blu eyes control deck. Love normalcy decks, keep up the good work.
went against a deck like this in the Attribute 4 festival while playing Umi control was proably the most fun 5 rounds ive had still beat my opponent because i had played this deck before at the beggining of master duel and knew what to expect
I play this in TCG with 3 pot of prosperity, 3 pot of duality and 3 Heat Wave. Can't really play Heat Wave in Master Duel since it has the same restriction as Pot of Extrav, must be used at the start of main phase 1
@@LightDragon-DuelEnjoyer9990 Ooo, I'll have to check that one out. I was referring to specifically a phantasm spiral deck though. What do you think one would look like if budget wasn't a constraint?
@@MadamCaso For now, I dont think any other cards fit better into my Phantasm Spiral deck than my current decklist (for current meta). However, there might be some other cases that alternative UR cards (I listed on the description) can be useful, like solemn, metaverse, TCBOO, or shifter. If you want to try these cards (for current meta), I think you can replace either of these cards : evenly matched, torrential tribute, lost wind, sea stealth attack.
@@LightDragon-DuelEnjoyer9990 Ooo, I'll look into it. I've recently been having lots of fun with water monsters like sharks and kairyu shin, so I'm very glad to experiment with phantasm spiral hehe. Thank you!
Fun fact: you can special summon vanilla Phantasm Spiral Dragon with Fish Sonar as long as you have Umi on the field. It's not really necessary, but it does get out a big monster and is really fun.
I like that you explain your thought process with the text on screen. My only suggestion would be to maybe place it to the left side or add a semi transparent square behind the text to give it a bit of contrast. The field looks very crowded with text on top of it and it can be a tiny bit hard to read with the game and effects going on. Just my two cents.
Fairy Tail Snow is really bad in Tears though, specifically a Ishizu Tear deck but if its a combined Ishizu Tear deck with other archetypes in it, then Snow is fine. Its the same with Maxx C too. Maxx C is terrible in Ishizu Tears. I really don't know why some Tear players run them😅
I like how you show your wins and loses at the beginning of the video. Its better that way because it shows the decks strength and win streaks potential. Some other people just do videos of them winning and only winning, not showing their match history when it comes to replay videos. Here's a like👍 :)
I like how you have to sit there through their whole combo but they surrender right away when you slowly deplete their LP or destroy their effect monster lol
Really good video! I just wondered, if I'm playing it always feels like the opponents always have the perfect counter hand against me. They always have lightning storm or feather duster. Also your hand included evenly matched almost every game 😂 Somestimes Master duel is so weird.
I am a new player to the game, having watched the anime when I was young years ago. I really wanted to play blue-eyes, but I couldn't find any good guides for them. I found only people recommending not to play them. However, I just recently found your channel and have watched a few of your videos.Your content has been super helpful! It is absolutely amazing what you have done for blue-eyes enthusiasts, thank you!
@@LightDragon-DuelEnjoyer9990 I am torn between the OTK build and the True Light Control version. Both styles have been super fun! However, if I had to choose, I lean more towards the True Light version.
My Pacifis deck is so win more and I can’t help it. I’m trying to get away from that and thought about including Paleozoic Dinomischus or deep dark trap hole so I can banish my opponents cards. I know Dimensional fissure exists, but I’m trying to make it my own creation. I need some ideas hmm.
@@LightDragon-DuelEnjoyer9990ahh gotcha, are you gonna make a video on it? I think it’ll be nice to have some more viable blue-eyes decks in this meta besides true light
Everyone's need to thanks to Konami for launch a tear lament a little bit nerfed becuses the other meta decks was more consistent and more turn1 win condition.
Great video my friend, thx alot! 🔥🙏🏻 i havent startet the attribute 4 event yet because i keept looking for deck that i like, but didnt want to waste my gems! With your video im sure which deck to play now! 😁 Gozen, warlords and skill drain is not playable in the attribute 4 event, could you please give me a tip which other 3 cards you would play instead? Would really appreciate your help 🤗
Is this deck from the video "I think this is the cheapest Ishizu terlament counter" but upgraded a little right? Because if it is I'm gonna make it because the other one is pretty fun so an upgraded version is a nice thing!
I don’t use water attributes often in master duel, but it’s nice to see almost any other type of deck possible that can counter ishizu archetype and Tearlaments.
I never been Diamond, I thought it would be cool to get there for the first time in a Tier 0 Format, but I was about to give up, might as well try this deck, I have all the cards already so cheap 😂 EDIT: I kinda want both Shifter in this, what can I replace?
The cards that I think you can replace are : Lost wind, Evenly matched (can be brick if you go first), torrential tribute, and SSA (can be brick without Field Spell). I think Lost wind can be the first to replace.
Yes, in that case maybe you want to cut demise, and replace it with maybe few more gagagigo lv 4, because demise prevents you special summon. Duality is more important than demise imo, so keep it.
@@LightDragon-DuelEnjoyer9990 really even with the turn 2 tech huh crazy ive played this deck in non ranked for long time and events never tried in ranked so crazy and cool TY for vid u the only vid like this for ranked on youtube lol
@@Jyxero i meet someone today on platinum rank using that deck and i can't do anything because that mknster card that card literaly counter for deck like this😐.
Well, if you want my opinion, just take the L, is a rare appearance these days, not like the spam it was Exodia Cook at the beginning, and just think on next duel... Had seen lot of list that are optimized and so on, yet can't do much vs that deck
Yes, dont let your opponent summon crooked cook in the first place. Destroy his protection material like astral kuriboh, before he summons it. 3 Limited Floodgates are good to stop that card from ruining your game.
I always lost coin toss 10 times in a row that day it makes me always go in second MD really hate me . Sorry for my long reply i didn't check youtube after that day.
The game gave me a message of networking error and I needed to reboot the game. When I checked my history at the time, I was surprised that I lost that game, because the other games are fine and that game was like the first time it happened to me. I remember I won the coin toss, and my starting hands were already dealt by the game (and it was a good hand imo). So, Idk whether it was Konami glitch or something else.
@@LightDragon-DuelEnjoyer9990 Bro, why does the extra deck have blue eyes ultimate dragon even though the main deck doesn't have blue eyes how do I summon blue eyes ultimate dragon
I'm gonna be honest, Phantasm Spiral annoys me almost as much as Tears and Runick. It's literally "Play every card that stops your opponent from doing anything". Genuinely not fun to play against. If you go turn 2 you just lose because you'll have literally no way to get rid of the constant barrage of negates and summoned shit on the field. This version isn't the worst, but I've played against some decks that genuinely made me want to quit. I think that just winning games because your opponent cannot be asked to deal with your shit is not a fun way to play the game. I will forever be stuck in gold, reaching plat once in a blue moon, but at least I'll be playing a deck that allows the other people to play the game in an experience I hope with be enjoyable for both of us.
A lot of your duels over here end with surrenders over one teensy little thing, their spirits are rather easy to snap and break in half, also, who wanna bet someone boutta try and justify their poor sportsmanship with "time save"?
Tbh, if you are a control player you should already have all the flood gates and draw cards. Beauty of this is that you don't have to spend UR/SR for the core engine.
I only played 19 SRs, not as many as you thought. Besides these SRs are mostly staples. 3 Evenly matched are so good rn, so crafting it can be played in many decks. Terraforming is a good staple, nuff said. Just like Andrey said, the draw cards and floodgates can be played in many control decks as well, because they also play these cards.
pots are staples (or can be widely use by any decks). evenly match is one of the best go-second card in the game, tho the usage is a little situational based on your deck. all floodgates are staple/good investment if you like this playstyle and all horrible people who like floodgates will use them in every deck they play. the only 2 cards that's questionable to craft are - card of demise, which is also a good card but kind of only good in control/trap deck. most OTK decks cant use it. - fish sonar, for this deck, can be replaced with unexpected dai (you get this thing for free from tutorial). he only use it to grab normal monster so no need to actually use fish sonar. so yeah, the guy above me is right, if you're control type of player, this deck is effectively free, speaking in the long term investment.
@@fruitybluieblue098 You can make a new account and have enough resources to build any deck in the game and have gems to spare. What are you talking about?
