@@jaiaramirez9726 even when I'm listening to them on spotify I sing all the live "jump" and "get the fuck up" parts as well. I usually sing them as they were sung in the black parade is dead concert in mexico
I'm so happy they did this song live before they broke up, it's almost as if they wanted to forget their first album sometimes (I'm sure they didn't really it's just the band wanting to move on to the next evolution) But they made this song sound even better than the original, it's really been beefed up
A lot of bands kinda ditch their first album content when the make a few good albums. Also a lot of bullets stuff is obscure to the general public so you gota play the popular stuff everyone knows when ur confined to a 15 song set

poor opinion but Best vocals - The black parade best drums - The black parade and Conventional weapons Best guitars - Bullets and Revenge best bass - Danger days
I'm 62 and this is my granddaughters favorite band so I thought I would give it a listen. She's 18. I was not too impressed, but then I remembered what I listened to at that age. Grand Funk Railroad, Slade and other forgettable bands. You go girl!
Look up Ronin by ibaraki....he did guest vocals..you are correct...he would make a good metal screamer...it's like a 10 minute song and his part takes a while to get to, but worth it
Original version of this is one of my favourite songs by them… BUT the arrangement in this is freakin’ EPIC! Those keyboards add so much to the song overall!
even though they look tired. the engineering of sound that ray and frank collide wit is so beautiful their sound has always been clean and only improves over time. I'm really excited to see what they bring. they're all grown into so mature people I'm completely curious. "WE ARE - MY - CHEMICAL - ROMANCE !"
Three Cheers was too filtered, this was raw MCR. Don't get me wrong, I loved Three Cheers and it was amazing, but I brought you my bullets will always be in my heart.
hearing them preform this song, which is one of my favourites from bullets, in danger days era is just so amazing. they have all grown so much as musicians but more than anything and most noticeably gerard’s voice is just So good. he can still scream like the old days too!! and rays harmonies are gorgeous as always. ahh im so glad this video was recommended to me
They didn't use the proper technique they come from a hardcore punk background and used that style of scream which uses a lot of energy and also tires you out and hurts your throat
I don’t think it hurt him too much considering he was still able to sing clean vocals after doing it. I feel like they might’ve gone a little lighter after Frank got in because of his punk background mixing in with the metal Ray would throw in. Any scream you use will take up energy, especially a false chord, it used a lot more air than a fry scream. To me, it sounded like he used false by how intense and how short the scream was. But I could be wrong, you never know.
First MCR song I ever heard, roughly the year it came out. It made me think of the greaser vampire kid from the cartoon “Gravedale High” from 1990 Saturday mornings, and instantly they became my favorite band of all time.
And mcr were never popular compared to Link in park, nickelback, creed, limp bizkit, evanescence, and Metallica. Black parade only sold 1 million in USA, nickelback have two 10xmillion albums.
well I mean, they were post-hardcore/pop punk and pop music is well, pop music. there no comparison, completely different genres. Maybe you should look harder for good music instead of digesting whats fed to you.
My favorite live performance of this song EVER!! That fucking outro! I remember ripping the audio from this video and burning the mp3 to a CD back in like 2014 because I still had a CD player in my car
I watch this often yet every time I see the thumbnail i go *"oH? is there some other music video for the song I **_haven't_** seen???"* Prolly cause the thumbnail looks very high quality compared to most live shows
i could not put it eloquently in the slightest just how beautiful and moving this performance is. i love watching performances, mcr's are really as delightful as bts's to watch because of what they can add to it! and this did just that!! the slower pacing and addition of the piano made it SO hauntingly beautiful. they're amazing. even if they were tired! the fact that it was in dd era too where they had improved so much in the past 10 or so years! (and it made me so happy they performed it again and again during reunion tour where gerard's screams have gotten SO good) i'm crazy and normal about this
