@@slobo5568 I did eventually fall pregnant. I am 20 weeks now. But it was with no help from clomid or anything else. We were 1 step away from IVF and it just happened.
Im on my first cycle and finishing my last pill today. I will go see the doctor for ultrasound on the 15th. So excited and nervous all at the same time. This gives me hope

I’m on my second day taking clomid and yes let me tell you it has a lot to do with the mood 😂😂 yesterday I cried a lot for no reason and today I still feel bipolar 😒🥲 but hopefully 🙏 it will work 😍
I took Clomid earlier this month, on CD 3-7. I am on CD 31 and my period is due tomorrow. I am so nervous, that I have not taken a test. No side affects from the medication. My body loves to trick me. So not listening to any of my systems. Lower back pain. A lightening bolt feeling on my right side around CD 20. Thinking a cigar smelt good 🤢 Weird. But again my body loves to trick me. 🤷🏻♀️

I’ve been trying to conceive for 4 months only but during my annual OB appointment I talked to her and I was tender when she palped my stomach. So I got some blood work done plus ultrasounds of my ovaries. And I have PCOS. I ovulate but my eggs don’t get released and stay in my ovaries. So today is my first day of clomid. Fingers crossed!

So i called my OB she told me i can take another round of clomid 100mg so since i dont have my period yet i can start taking Provera then take Clomid 😌 .. Hopefully This 2nd Round Wrk 🥰🥰 still not losing hope ... But since i saw your video its makes me more even have my hopes up😉☺️☺️ ..

I take for the first time clomid and i got pregnant quick.I'm so happy and excited to have a baby. After 8 weeks my baby no heartbeat and stop progressing I got miscarriage 😢

My period is regular I even feel the cramp during ovulation window! But the blood work shows my ovulation is weak 😭 so I was prescribed clomid I'm nearly 34 and losing hope 😢
@@hoffinator03 no i was on Letrozole on my first pregnancy and it was a sucess on first round but im not sure of clomid if this will work on me or not 😄

I have pcos n taken clomid 50mg in March in May I went up to 100mg I finally had a positive ovulation at the end of May but not a positive pregnancy test today I have to take provera and clomid. It’s very stressful I also have left pain. Did it work for you after you took both clomid and provera?? Also congratulations
So since I wasn’t having cycles on my own, my dr prescribed me provera in hopes that it would jump start ovulation for me... and it didn’t. So that’s when I was prescribed the clomid. So when I was able to take the provera again to jump start a cycle, I was then able to take the clomid on the recommended days that my dr told me. I never thought I ovulated because I had bought cheap ovulation tests that I didn’t know how to read. So when I actually ovulated, I had absolutely no idea. So to get a positive test the first time I took clomid, I was EXTREMELY surprised because I didn’t think it worked because I, 1. Never got a positive test when I tested and 2. Had ZERO symptoms of the medication working. In regards to your left pain, I had that, but it was well after I had taken both the provera and clomid. I remember when taking the provera, I had to take all 10 pills in order to “withdrawal.”

I was on 50mg! I know they start you off with the lowest dose and then if it doesn’t work after 3 months or so, they bump you up to a higher dose. I feel like I got so lucky with it working on a first cycle. It was VERY unexpected, but everything happens the way it’s supposed to be. I hope you guys get that positive soon and have a healthy baby or BABIES! (Since clomid increases your chances of multiples). I’ll be thinking of you and praying for you both! Stay positive! 💕
@@hoffinator03 thank you. It was the fifth day of taking clomid today. And my wife has had a few sides i.e headaches, sweating, head spins, burping. But handling it well. I will keep you updated 🙂
did ur wife had expeirenced weird lower abdomenal pains after taking clomid. It's not like cramps... It feels more like a pulled muscle or something. I feel it when I cough, during BDing, when I stand up, or when I first sit down.
I was diagnosed with pcos and on day 4 of taking clomid. I go back in for an ultrasound next week and hopefully will be ovulating soon! It’s all different for me because I do have two kids but recently kept miscarrying so this was why.
@@kashishufaq603 my body actually wasn’t reacting to the clomid so my dr switched me to letrozole. And I did a ovidrel shot as well. But didn’t have luck.

I been taking provera for my irregular period i also take telephone which is a medication to ovulate didn’t work I will soon going to start clomid you gave me hopes 🙏

Lol my name is Hayley also :) I went to the doctors this year also because I do not ovulate on my own, I have been on provera since April, and hopefully can start clomid in September in my gyno will let me cause of the virus going on, I got my bloodwork done also and I guess I don’t have PCOS but I have a endocrinologist appt next month.
We must! 😉 According to my bloodwork, I don’t have PCOS either, but when I had an ultrasound done, I had 4 or 5 cysts on my left ovary! Sometimes blood work doesn’t tell you everything! hi I am 21 years old am diagnose with something bit mild than PCOS I decided to try clomid!! on my 3rd day of my menstruation for a 3-7 cycle I have some symptoms I need help to know if everything is going to the right procedure I start having pain one side of my back ,slight cramps puffy face and fullness in body a bit is that supposed to happen or is it bad effects? help?
My dr told me that if it didn’t work first cycle to continue it! But that was my doctors orders for me, and of course you have to have clomid prescribed to you! I wish you the best of luck with all of your endeavors! 💕
I start my first round next week and my doctor told me that after the first round she'd increase the dosage from 50mg to 100 and if no success we'll go to 150mg.
So, we tried for 10 months before I went and even talked to my doctor about what was going on. My sister was able to go with me to this appointment (pre-covid). And my sister is a postpartum nurse. So she is very knowledgeable with everything baby and pregnancy/post pregnancy. And she asked my doctor what the next step was and my doctor suggested clomid in a few months. BUT I asked why not now so then my doctor said well if you want to let’s do it. How long have you been trying? And did you bring your concerns up with your doctor? I was 25 when I was prescribed clomid, I didn’t want to wait for forever to have children, especially when it wasn’t happening on its own time.
Obviously there are always going to be pros and cons of trying things, but if your doctor is good with it, I would trust your doctor! I didn’t need to be monitored, mine just told me to try it and see what happens too! If after a few months it didn’t work, then they would have monitored me! Good luck! 🥰

Definitely look for referrals! Do you know anyone who struggles with infertility like you are? I know that a lot of people see multiple drs to see which one is the best fit!
YEAH I LEARNED THAT OVULATION TEST CAN ALSO TELL YOU YOUR PRGNANT TO. MY DAUGHTER THOUGHT I WAS OVULATING I REALY WAS PREGNANT...AND I WAS PLANNING MY WEDDING GOT MY DRESS 3 WEEKS LATER FOUND OUT I WAS GONNA BE 8 MONTHS 😆wth
Which mg of clomid were you on? Asking because I'm currently taking 100 mg first cycle. I took 50 for 2 months not successful but now 100 mg and waiting in my fertile days now just trying to see how your clomid cycles worked
Also, someone told my sister that they swear by mucinex. So when I was taking Clomid I was also taking mucinex and I kept taking mucinex until I had my BFP.
If you don’t mind me asking, how long were you trying to regulate your cycle / get pregnant before getting prescribed clomid? I just had my dr appointment in hopes of getting it and they shut me down and won’t even consider it for another year of trying. I’m not ovulating whatsoever, my period is very irregular, and it’s been a very frustrating time for me:..
So I had been taking birth control since I was 16… I stopped taking it when I was 24. My cycles were never regular. I would go months without a cycle or many many days bleeding for no reason. Fortunately, my doctor listened to my concerns and was very supportive. Have you considered getting a different doctor? If i were in your shoes, I would be considering looking for different doctor. How long have you been trying? We were trying for a year.
@@hoffinator03 i have definitely considered looking around for a new doctor. My doctor seems great but her PA and nurse practitioner don’t seem to hear me out on my concerns. We’ve been trying for around 8 months now. Thank you for the response. ❤️

Your doctor should be prescribing you the Mg that is best fit for you. My doctor suggested that I start with the lowest dose (25mg) and my doctor also told me to take clomid on cycle days 3-7 (meaning cycle day 1 is the first day you start mensuration). Some doctors tell you to take it days 2-6, 3-7, 4-8. Just listen to your doctor! I also took mucinex while trying for a baby. Someone told my sister that she swore by it. Maybe try that too!

I do not remember & I just tried looking them up on my patient portal but couldn’t find them. I know that they weren’t SUPER high. But definitely higher than they should have been!
Well, per your doctors orders, you should be taking 5 pills total. So if you start day 2 and continue through day 6, IF you have a regular cycle, you should be ovulating days 9-15. I do not have a regular cycle at all, so I ovulated a week later. There are clomid trackers online you can use! But I definitely recommend using ovulation predictor kits EVERY SINGLE DAY of your cycle. I got SUPER cheap ones that came in a bulk box off of Amazon. I hope this helps!
