It took me a lot of courage to post this video. But I made a decision to either accept my weight and stop complaining about it or do something about it. I hope my weight loss journey can inspire and motivate others who feel the same way I do. I really like that you are only comparing yourself to yourself. It's a lot healthier, most people compare themselves to others and have unrealistic and harmful goals. There's nothing wrong with being curvy, and there's nothing wrong with wanting a version of yourself you no longer recognize
