Letitia!! 🎉🎉 love when post. Girl, you have a shed. You are a lady with a shed. But seriously shout out to your tenacity and willingness to learn cause I would cry and walk away from the project if everytime i progressed someone who knows more said, "Oh, you missed something important" and I had TAKE THE WORK DOWN!.. *tears I'm telling you* so I love the spirit of learning you came into this project with. Good on you!
If you have a Paul for your DIY project, it'll work out fine. I know because my father's name is Paul 😊 Letitia, you are a legend for tackling and completing such a mammoth of a project. I admire you a lot! 👍❤️🔥
Even with the challenges you made this she-shed build look easy! Your ingenuity when working on your own is inspiring. Great job! Can't wait to see what you do with the interior. 🎉👏
I would've been crying the whole time. Love your honesty throughout the entire process and even being super real at the end about your feelings about taking wood working on.
I love that you posted this close to international women in engineering day. This is what ladies in construction look like, emotional support water bottle and snacks on their tool belts. Because women can do difficult things too!!
Congrats on this huge development! You should be so so proud, it looks amazing. Thank you for being candid about the struggles of completing a DIY project plus the public perception that can sometimes throw a wrench into an already daunting process. It's much appreciated & inspiring to me and I'm sure many others as I deal with some of those same pressures. Looking forward to the finished product and wishing you luck on the journey! 💗
You should’ve had a safety tie on. Your a tiny person and one wind gust could’ve blown you off. Sorry just a Mom thing ❤😊Not trying to be rude. It’s still very impressive what you’re doing!
Wowowoow!! You make taking on such a huge project like this by yourself look doable. So amazing!! Can’t wait to see it all done with your design touches 😍😍
I love watching your videos! I love your style and the way you are so authentically you is really comforting! I never comment on things but just wanted to say that I think you're amazing and it will always make my day when you post something new 😊
Congratulations on finishing the build, I can't wait to see how to design the inside of the workshop. I am so happy for you! I knew you could do it. 🥰👏🏾👍🏾
YOU DID THAT!!! I love how you include the good and the less good parts of your building process, and that you keep going. This video was very inspiring. It's very eerie how your uploads always align with what I'm doing irl in the current moment. I'm working on sprucing up our shed (that I definitely didn't build) and possibly making a little work station for myself. I'd love to see how you organize the inside of your shed, especially how you incorporate a dust collector. That mini shed was hilarious and adorable. Funny enough I've never stepped foot into a home hardware despite having them around me, I tend to opt for rona and home depot but I really need to check one out these days. The workers seem very knowledgeable which is great for someone who always has a million questions and loves guidance. Great work once again and please keep us updated!
🥹 SO happy for you. As I watched I thought: this is great. I’m not building a shed and I don’t have my first home yet, but I can cheer her on. I have no idea what it feels like to be with my heart’s dreams, so I imagine I would feel ecstatic and supported. And I’m so happy you have support and you believe in yourself 👏🏽 Perfection ✨
Maybe there’s something like this in the U.S.! My ex husband, myself & friends built our 3800sq ft two story house in Alaska. I even learned to wire (but forgot since that was in 2022 😂😂😂 We used styrofoam blocking/cement poured. I had to redo the space markers so many times because they were set in backwards the first time(not by me) then I was told the incorrect spacing 🙄🤬 All in the mean time Mom duty of our 3 & 4 yr old children. He Never helped with My kids 😢 he was the father but I was expected to just do it all & I did. *sigh*
YOUR NEIGHBOUR(S)❤❤ If they had the time, I feel like they'd be torn between taking over and watching you struggle for a bit... Along with the world's slowest painter
