Totally biased, but love any collection that contains The Complete Frank Miller Batman. 1st hardcover I ever bought way back in 1989!

I collect both records and comics too. Budgeting is a nightmare but I'll feel like they both relieve stress for me. Cute cat btw.

For a neophyte, not bad . I noticed that although you had most formats, you didn`t have an Absolute. If you`re going to start that format, please start with the Alan Moore Swamp Things. They are true works of art & great reads. Watchmen is really worth the read . I understand your first reaction to it. When I read the first issue back in`86 I asked Myself, what the hell did I just read ? The second issue with the Comedian`s back -story & funeral is great. If you liked the movie , you`ll love the G.N. as it`s pretty much shot for the story except for the ending . Also, the Space Ghost animated series from the `60`s is worth seeking out . This is where the character started out. they were fun adventures . You`re more trusting of your books than I am. My Trades & Hardbacks are bagged as well as the floppies. I`ve found you can put a standard sized Trade in a Silver -Age bag. A standard sized Hardback fits into a Golden-Age bag . Larger sized books go into Virgin polypropylene bags I order from Amazon. Not standard practice for other collectors but it gives Me more peace of mind. But even for a Comic Collector, I`m strange.

There's a really good book on Amazon that explorers the psychology of batman for like 13 bucks if your interested

I know you're all about the Bats, and I'll I have is a Long Halloween paperback (which is great!) so I've got a two part question for you: 1.) What's your favorite Bat omni generally? and 2.) If you had to choose between Loeb or Morrison specifically, which do you choose?
