Wow. I just logged into my old RU-vid account from 10 years ago and I can't believe you are still making videos! I remember you teaching me how to draw a realistic Eye and I would show so many friends in my middle school how good I was at drawing eyes. It's great to see you again Mark.

I love videos like these, thinking process of a professional is a lot more important when learning, than seeing a final drawing. I always end up skipping thumbnails because my final page is always the same as my first thumbnail. Im glad that there is nothing wrong with that.

For the Valhalla comic by Peter Madsen, what the publishers did was to have Peter create his own font for the translation of the comic series, so that for every language it would be published in; it would look like his own hand writing~~ Just some interesting trivia.

@@eleonorahackman6779 they did release a collector's edition of five volumes here in Scandicnavia a while back. Don't know if that was ever released in other languages.

@@grejsancoprative i believe it was only released in the Scandinavian languages, which is fine since I’m Swedish. The caveat is that I live abroad and it’s been years since is went back. And, bookstores over there don’t ship abroad. But maybe I should check again. Thank you 🙂

Love the way you draw rough thumbnail and composition (character, background, spacing,text etc) of each elements required for each panel. So much drawing experience needed to touch on this level as a artist.. your visual library is so rich interms of character design,pose, background, expression, objects, calligraphy, lighting, shadow many more.. This video make my day inspired to draw. I would love to buy your book's to learn comic book design.

Whilst this is a longshot and even if it was decided today to be made, it'd be years until completion - Are you planning another visual novel series similar to Brody's Ghost? I don't mean the same plot, but basically a redemption-story. I loved the story, all the characters and the storytelling. Maybe... Gabriel? Some of his story maybe, and what happened after the events....?

How much of the script do you think is necessary to have before making the outline? I find it difficult to visualize how much script can fit into a single page.

The way I heard it, the script is mostly useful for when the writer and the sketcher are different people so one needs to convey their intent to the other. I mostly just throw in dialogues in mine, since nobody except me is going to ever see that.
