Forsure need a 30-50 foot vacuum hose it’s life changing I have my vacuum in my truck bed where your gas can is then my hose and I never have to take the vacuum out of my bed or move it
You have done a masterful job at working with what you have. You are serious about your craft and it shows! Keep being successful Jordan it looks good on you!😄
Yo dude, just checked out your set up. There are truck hitch racks that you can place the smaller items in an organizer and can help with some extra space.
Im doing the same thing out of my dodge ram. Having reels is a must and i lift the back seats up to get more space and use totes to kinda keep it organized
You don't need a van. You can get a cap for the bed. To simplify your set up you can gravity feed your tank to pressure washer and get rid of the pump. And get yourself some hose reels (electrical, and air) I run a truck bed setup too. I build everything on a piece of ply wood so my generator can slide out and exhaust out to the side.
Awesome video, did you start with an air compressor or did you work your way towards it ? my Ute isn't big enough so i'm probably gonna start with an electric blower
This how I’m coming when I get my truck. I’m using simple compact setup in my truck bed. 1900psi Ryobi pressure washer on 50 Ft hose reel. Hot dog 3 gallon air compressor with 50ft reel. 60 gal low profile tank. 2000 predator generator. 5hp rigid shop vac(tool box looking vac).
Great video first off! I’ve been deciding whether to work out of my sedan or upgrade to a ram, so thanks for the insight! One question though is what is the use for an air compressor?
Good stuff man! A question, did you end up creating a detailing biz after already being in detailing or was it something you found that you knew might be a great new venture for yourself?
Lots of valuable information! Wishing you continued success! I am looking to start up my detailing business this summer using a small pickup truck and similar setup. Does 100 gal really only get you 3-4 cars? I guess 65 gal will not cut it lol
I've never used a giant air compressor before, but since you mentioned having limited space (3 times or so) you could consider swapping out the giant air compressor with a tiny $50 unit like: XPOWER A-2 Multi-Purpose Powered Air Duster - Green
Nice set up! I have a question regarding the pressure washer, does your Generator overload if it's on eco mode? Or how do you have that running? Mine overloads but doesn't shut off but I have my gen on eco mode..
