Yes, there are different phases of life and I guess, you gotta enjoy each one of them and strive for better. I love the content of your blogs and your free flowing presentation. You are doing pretty well in such short time. You are inspiring me on many different levels. I live in Brampton and planning to move out but little confused about the new location. Through your videos it's occurring to me that Toronto can be an option. It's such a vibrant place to enjoy for a young couple. I have reached here in Canada in 2017 but hardly ever visited Toronto. Keep up your good work and don't ever loose your style 👌

Its 1600 for 1 room in a 2 bedroom condo. The whole place costs $3000/mth she said.... Which to be honest isnt a great deal, they should have looked around more
We had to find a place in our initial 7-8 days when we were staying in Airbnb so just saw this and moved. It was a clean new bright condo and just moved in but only for few months. It’s a temporary accommodation, we are soon moving to a new place 😊
Henry Guzmán - I think they are shearing :) There’s no way one can obtain a 2 bed for $1600 .... Maybe an hour away - definitely not in the downtown core .

The only cool thing about this place is balcony😍. You can literall go out whenever you want and have a great view of city😍 I guess you guys were sold on it😂 To be honest Living space is crap😂

Hello, Just a quick question.. since you guys are sharing a condo. Does your landlord knows this? if so that's great if not please notify as some condos don't allow sub-leasing. Secondly, if everything is legalize you can claim GST & HST, utility benefits from the Govt. at the time of filing your annual tax returns. I hope you guys have file your tax returns for 2019 if you landed before Dec 31, 2019.
Yes, he leased out two different rooms himself. We are only responsible for the master bedroom. And thanks for the suggestion. We just did that last week 😀
We are just home and safe. Canada’s numbers are increasing day by day but good measures have been taken by the Govt. Hope it all settles soon- here and everywhere in the world. Stay safe.
