Holy crap this video helped alot. Especially the brake dead zone. I kept wondering why it seemed like my car just wouldn't slow down. I didn't realize the gas and brake also had deadzones.
Thanks for this, the delay was bothering me quite a bit and changing dead zone to 0 definitely helped make it feel more natural along with the other assist settings off
Great video dude! I also prefer the Replayers setting turned off so there aren’t those unnecessary ghost drivers. Maybe some people prefer them but for me it’s way better. In the difficultly tab, I put the racing line to breaking only and worked my way up to turning it off completely so that’s some extra experience bonus. Rewind is gives a huge boost if turned off as well. One more thing I’ve heard is useful is messing with the sensitivity on steering. It seems like more people are bumping that up for better response times as well. What are your thoughts on that?
This is a HUGE wake up, I’ve been playing since January til now and never knew about. Definitely gonna change now. Probably why the 1% are the top and why I feel so slow and inadequate 😂😂. Thank you so much 🙌🏽
Do you get all your money from grand races or what, I've put a decent amount of time into the game and struggle keeping my cash up. Likely due to doing the affix lottery on gold.

@@erikrobbins4792 if you look up sidwaj he made a vid on how he made 99mil it gives you the way to make the most money if not the grand races and also if you look up grand race meta cars and best settings you can make a lot of money on them
maybe im just late to the game but im also on PS5 and I have 3 times the amount of settings you do, I've got direct modes, max lock, counter steering sensitivity. all sorts of stuff your game doesn't seem to have.
How does one go about requesting a pro tune for a vehicle? Also great video and helpful information. New to the crew series and enjoying the game thus far. Trying to get Legend points but it's turning out to be difficult for me.
Just leave a comment and I'll add it to the que 😅 I've got a full Playlist of tunes already! You can get 15 legend points from completing the 2 main stage levels before it merges to just a regular legend level. Which then that main level converts over to legend points after the month is over.

Thanks for the settings i have messed with these controller settings alot try to find something that felt good and got rid of the input lag. I tried the all zero method that rynotheraccon did but felt weird af imma try these and putting traction control on sport
It boils down to the individual and that particular person's play style, which isn't equal to everyone else's. The only person who understands your personal preference better than anyone else is yourself, and on some occasions some things won't work for other people and when that happens they won't bother with it. Everyone has their own way of playing, including the toxic no lifers.
When looking at the graph with the deadzones. How do i read the graph. Is the input only happening when the space is filled white??? Or is the white the halfway zone? And gray is still the start
I just love how when you pass a steering threshold it just fucking hard steers when you hit that making it impossible to steer smoothly on hairpins without spinning out
@@Ospreyl-26 It's amazing how it's even an issue in this game. The crew 2 doesn't have that issue. So why is it a thing in motorfest? It makes no fucking sense and all it does is mess me tf up.
Thank you SOO MUCH, I thought the cars felt kinda shitty (but the game is still a blast even then) but it turns out the game was just trying to work against me. Cars feel way more responsive and drifting doesn't feel like shit anymore.
