When I built mine nearly 20yrs ago I fitted Toyota celica gt4 intercooler spray, cost less than 20quid for the tube and spray jets from Toyota and used an old Honda concerto washer bottle because it had twin pumps. Could empty the bottle in less than a minute on full blast lol.
