She needs counseling, l hope the cousin confesses but even after he does it, it won't solve the issues she's dealing with but therapy will help. Rape trauma is very difficult to get over but it gets better with counselling and you realize your pain points and triggers which makes it easier to navigate your pain points and to help a boyfriend or husband do the same.
