the ‘ugly’ part (girl you’re stunning anyway 😉) before your period is called the luteal phase of your cycle where you’re bloated and feel disgusting when you feel amazing after it’s your follicular phase. trust me it’s not just you i go THROUGH it every month. ly kaci keep up the amazing content girl 🫶🫶
Kaciii tysm for talking about how its okay to feel sad and angry on our periods bc OMGGGG SO REALL. The way i literally want to end it bc i get so frustrated and hate life during it lmaooo. Love you Kace❣❣
Completely relate to the low self esteem! My skin is super breaking out atm and I just feel ugly overall! Wish appearance didn’t consume my life so much so draining😔
love your videos kaci your relatibility is insane i love how open you are in this video about insecurity as me personally have struggled also. Still can't believe I met you at the footasylum meet and greet feels like a dream I have been a fan since the beginning love you and your content kac xx
I know this is completely off topic but you would suit being brunette so much! but also may I add that you are absolutely stunning and don’t have to change anything about yourself only if you feel the need to and as long as you do it in a healthy way! I am so proud of you! ❤️
Hi Kaci,I’d recommend trying “tropic skincare” all the products are natural / vegan and are really good for sensitive skin . Also when I used to use sudocrem I found that it clogged my pores and made my acne worse, so could be that .xx
I swear breaking out in your late teens early 20’s isn’t talked about enough. I had clear skin all my teen years and I hit 21 and I’ve been suffering with breakouts these last 6 months. I don’t think I’ve had ‘clear’ skin for ages now. It’s real girl and I love how open you are with everything. ❤
i have bad acne and i used to use so many products and nothing was working but i started only doing double cleansing and moisturiser and it’s help so much (i know it might not work for u)xx
Your hormones are all heightened, which then influences how your brain sees things, so the slight imperfection suddenly feels massive because your hormones are telling your brain it is. But stay the same positive you, it's so good to talk openly about these subjects, and a great way t use your platform xx
If you have been using the paula’s choice toner recently, it could be that breaking you out! My skin was starting to go so clear and then i started using paula’s choice and i was having massive breakouts! i haven’t used it for just under a week and my skin is already going back to normal. Definitely try to stop using it and see if it helps💕💕
I find if I use lots of products on my skin, especially before sleeping then it clogs up my pores, and makes me break out. If I do use products I get natural stuff, like coconut oil, rosemary oil (good for marks and scarring), peppermint oil with warm water and sudocream together for spots, and if I find a moisturiser that’s good for during the day then I’ll normally stick to that!
This is such a vibe on a Sunday night ngl. My dermatologist recommended using dermol lotion. It definitely helps with treating eczema. He threw all my skin products in the bin😂 (I still got results though) The thing is sometimes products can either make the skin dry or too oily. I’d say seeing a specialist is always better to see what’s causing it. Hope this helps. Xx
Be careful when mixing your products sometimes some exfoliating toners don’t work with certain ingredients go back to a cleanser and moisturiser and then add things slowly to work out what is causing it ❤
Kaci when you start to use different skincare you may purge/ breakout but the more you use it your face will get over the purging stage and it will clear up, hope this helps/ do your own research I’m not a dermatologist 😂😂
I lost all my lashes as I have alopecia areata and I feel ugly every single day of my life, but it’s definitely worse around that time of the month. Thanks for sharing your experience with feeling like this! Please know that so many people think you are beautiful, inside and out ❤ Also, side note - does anyone have any experience with complete eyelash loss and did you grow them back/ fix it? Thanks x
Try putting a thin layer if sudocream all over your face as a face mask leave it on overnight it's antiseptic so it clears your skin up an its very cheap to but I do this once a week xx
Kaci we have the same exzma, I also get pigmentation,I went to the doctors the other day and they said it can be a form of vitiligo from the exma, therefore th pigmentation might not go.
