I love the Unwind too and Pro +is great. Juniper in the diffuser with peppermint helps me sleep, sometimes I throw Christmas spirit in with the juniper and peppermint. I put dream catcher on my arms too. Been trying all kinds of things to sleep better 💛
I can’t wait to get YL when I move into my own home. I would love anything with ginger, I love the warm spicy scent. Also pine scent would be my joint favourite.
I put a roller attachment on top and roll on either my forearms, thighs, neck, or lower back every morning! I rotate where I place it but I don't think that's necessary :)
