With all the books and crannies in the backsplash another recommendation I could offer is putting a fixed clear glass panel behind the stove so that you can still see the texture but not have oil splash there
Keep grinding. Keep working and it'll all come together. Though its not easy as problems and obstacles are gonna be in the way of things. But your Family, Friends, and especially your loving community of Subscribers are always here for you. We are proud of you Edgar!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
That’s one of the best houses I’ve ever seen. I love the neutral color scheme and how constant it is. It feels so modern and not like a hospital (I don’t know if you say it in the US but in Germany it’s a common term). You can really tell it’s YOURS, other people just do stuff that is expensive and doesn’t t even fit. The way you talk about it shows your enthusiasm and how much afford you but in there. Keep going like you do, I love it.
you just deserve this ed, you worked so hard for this. all the videos around the house are in my opinion the best videos you make. when it is finished i hope you can fully make use of everything and enjoy life more. go on with this my man
@@Nave6W Hard work doesn't have to be defined as physically hard work, which is something people still struggle to understand. I've worked physically hard in my life but I don't expect myself to make a RU-vid salary for it. RU-vid pays a percentage but you're required to watch X amount of seconds on a video, so paying editors is more of a "work smarter" strategy. Instead of being pessimistic about it, see it as something positive for someone who is becoming successful and enjoys what he's doing.
Never before has a house been so primed for plants. Not the teeny one, BIG ONES. This is exactly the kind of place that can pull off HUGE FERNS and some dandy Yuka tree's. But honestly it looks great and will be incredible when finished
I remember watching unboxing videos and cool tech videos from like 4-5 years ago... I can't belive that you went this far... Keep getting that bag Edgar!
Hi Ed, love the house!! Just a tip for the back splash in your kitchen...... Get a custom slab of tempered clear glass to install in front of the stones. That way you can still see them but you can wipe the mess off after cooking!
Love the colors scheme of the house. Interior is soo clean looking. Congrats on the new house!! Love the start of the video standing out side on the balcony like a King LOL
@@joseph9679 if u don’t have anything positive to say why say it? He is clearly happy with his house and the colour of it. Personally I think it looks pretty nice and luxurious.
@@pokedoods5740 I think he should split up the color scheme it looks like just one giant room and no not bashing him just sharing my opinion btw he calls the color scheme boring in his own video so why you being like this everyone had the right to voice their own opinion if he didn’t want people to do that he would have turned comments off so chill da F out bro
@@joseph9679 It's a brand new house. takes time to do everything especially if you are picky. Keeping the walls neutral means you don't have to paint every time you change the room around, change the wall decorations/rugs. I wouldn't want to repaint that house anytime, especially when the wife deicides to redecorate.
Ohh dayumm... I've been a subscriber of yours for a very long time and I must say over the years I've watched your channel grow into something spectacular... more importantly watching you grow as a person seeing how far you've come being a Dad. beautiful wife and battling your own personal issues along the way... if that doesn't show inspiration to may others including myself then I don't know what is... I really appreciate and so do many others who follow you the quality, time you put into everything you do and present to us all to watch... very weldone to yourself and keep on progressing with all that you do 💪
This house is killer! 🔥 This obviously took more work then us viewers could ever imagine just by watching this, and after all your youtube hustle and medical problems you deserve this, Ed. ♥️
ED YOU LEGEND!! ive been waiting so long for a house tour thank you so so so much ik ive been keeping up to date on instagram but a house tour is what ive been waiting for… also that setup finale
The upper Romeo/Juliet patio is also good to open up and let air flow through the upper floors of the house, i do that with my house. Also for the Backsplash behind your Stove try getting a Glass Panel there, Easy to clean and still keeps the look of the stones. Hope all your furniture comes soon and congrats on your dream house.
Another idea to consider for the back splash, you can get a custom glass sheet that is mounted in front of it making cleaning very easy and letting you use the chopping boards for cutting.
Hi Ed for the stove you can use a metal plate to wrap around the stove. When I went to my uncle's house his kitchen has a metal plate. When cooks nothing gets splats on. He actually gave me this idea when I was watching him cooking. I do not know where he get the metal material but you can google and see where it comes up. Its like a big science board like the one we use for school. It helps cover the stones.
I'm following you since 3 years I guess. You have a beautiful daughter and congratulation for the new house. May god bless you and your beautiful family.
Im obsessed with this house. This is really what success looks like 💎✨ congratulations man, you deserve it. Can't wait to see how it looks after all the construction work is done.
A true gamer will never use a prebuilt. Not even a prebuilt house. It HAS to be custom built. Lovely house by the way. I will definitely use this for reference when I stop living with my parents.
This felt like watching an Enes Yilmazer video lol. Love how far you've come across Ed, I still remember watching you since the Setup Wars episode 1 days, Big Red 1 lol. It feels so amazing seeing how much you've grown over the past 5-6 years and seeing you achieving your dreams, this house, a beautiful family! Love it man, you've inspired me to keep the grind on, I know i'm gonna make it one day too, and i'll remember you for that!!! :D
For your garage and training room check out SwissTrax tiles you can drive on them drop tools and barbells without worrying about breaking anything and can be replaced really easily too.
We wanted an industrial brick look in our kitchen and the brick would easily cause issues as a backsplash. To keep the astetic and fix the mess, we mounted a tempered glass panel floating above the brick to keep the brick clean. We get a ton of positive compliments from it.
The feeling of a new house customized to our liking is the best. Our place has been undergoing a major revamp for the past two months and I can't wait to see it finished.
As someone from the country, spending north of 2 million and being 50 feet away from the neighbors is mind bending to me. With that said, if you don’t mind and love your house then it is what it is. Keep up the grind.
Talking about the backsplash in the kitchen. What about adding/installing a sheet of 'glass' in front of the beautiful stone? - that way you can appreciate the stone backsplash and it is protected from the splashes from cooking. Just a thought? Love the minimalistic clean look throughout the home though - dream house!
I like the office, some people make their setup on huge ass rooms but small and minimal looks better imo, the change of floor also makes the difference.
At my home we also got a accent wall in the kitchen and we have a huge glass panel across the hole kitchen so you can still see the wall but its ez to clean.
Neutral colors is nice because you can accent it with whatever color decorations you want without it clashing- and you can change decorations easily... nice house man!
The stove area you could just put stainless steel panel there so i ll blend in with stove and hood, and it'll be easy to clean, and no more splash headache! Beautiful house BTW :)
light grey isnt boring, its a symbol of stone, grounded, safe. And with white it symbolizes purity. So it pretty much sums up the feeling of your house for me, Safe and pure.
Ive been a viewer of your channel since you had your first ever black and red dream dream gaming setup. Your videos have changed up for sure and man… im so proud of you bro. You achieved what i think i never could. Keep up the vids, im a big supporter. ❤ Your videos have helped and inspired me make my dream gaming setup. Truly thank you.
Hey Ed, a bit of advice for the kitchen situation, My aunt's house had a similar issue, what she did was that she got one of those translucent wall paints. Maybe you can try to paint the bricks, see how it looks? Might look tacky but better than having the hassle to put cutting boards
