You do not need 4 bottles of Gatorade. You would need to be fucking melting to require that amount of sports drinks, no athlete does. One bottle of Gatorade is more than plenty, in fact most of the times when it is good to have a Gatorade you should already be mixing it with water, 50/50 ratio.

So are you a highly active athlete? Because I have 3 teenage girls that play competitive soccer and they go through more than 4 bottles when they play in tournaments. They also drink a ton of water. The Gatorade is to help put the electrolytes that are lost back in the body. And when you are playing 3 sometimes 4 games in the heat you need it. Diluting it would not help at all.

@@mommylb123 diluting it does help. It helps decrease the amount of sugar. The electrolytes come from the sugar in the drink. Gatorade Is basically sugar water. Just because they're drinking that much Gatorade doesnt mean they have to. You're encouraging bad habits by letting them drink that much in a game. Go see a nutritionist, anyone that knows anything about sports medicine can corroborate. I do consider myself highly active, but that doesn't give me any qualifications to speak on my own opinion, I'm only saying what any nutritionist will say. But what you're saying is like someone saying "You're not eating too much, I have three teenage girls that eat way more than that, therefore it's healthy!"

Triggerbot my girls drink the zero sugar! You need more research! I have studied a lot on nutrition and have talked to nutritionists. You need to educate yourself better. I was extremely overweight and have lost a ton. I have studied a lot on the body and health. So before you accuse me of saying my kids “need to eat more because it’s healthy” educate yourself. You are completely false in your comments. As a former obese person I have had to learn so much in how to keep healthy. So thanks though!!!!!!!
