Drake wanted *Bieber* to do the video for the artistic value/networking for future projects. 👍 Justin is a massive popstar and a line of the song has Bieber's name it it so it seemed very fitting to use him and "depict" the popstar lifestyle. Not to mention he knew and his team knew taking this approach would greatly increase the video's views and exposure by including both their massive fan bases.
