This is NOT parkour. Parkour is about making your way through a complex environment as fast as possible. Free running is the descendant that's more about showmanship and singular feats. The majority of this was more like acrobatics (hanging or performing handstands on or near a ledge). Also, I love parkour and enjoy some free running stunts. For me, it's just like skateboarding or bmx; you can use it as a means of travel, or slow down and get a little fancy.

I worked with a guy that told me he's more scared being 10 or 20 feet up than he is being 1000 feet up. His reasoning was that falling from 10 or 20 feet can disable you for life. falling from 500 - 1000 feet, it's just over.

And it never really feels like you're falling except for like the first second you jump out. But it is loud when you're free falling lol
