I saw one of your shopping haul video and ordered Bare anatomy shampoo.Mine is oily scalp so i ordered a volumizing range shampoo from Bare anatomy.Its doing wonders to my hair and making it look bouncy.❤ This is my gratitude comment😅Only bcz of you i was introduced to that brand 🥰Adding to that since you are a sunscreen exploring person..If you wanna try some other sunscreen.. Do check about Conscious Chemist Berry Bright sunscreen (I loved this sooooo much) and Sundrink sunscreen from the same brand.

Absolutely based on your comfort. I would recommend using heavy flow pads only for the night, sticking to regular ones during the day and changing it as often as possible based on your discharge.

It's recommended to change 3 hrs or 3.5 hrs once.....since doctors say if we wear a pad more than 4 hrs its not good or unhygienic......so it's better to change atleast once in every 4 hr max during first two days of your menstruation. Thank you!
