It was so good to hear that 'you are not too old to try something new'. I wish that I could feel always the way I feel when I watch your videos. This sense of love and wonder and connectedness. This feeling of an expanded mind and more empathy. It makes me wonder if I am simply picking up on your energy and the energy you put into your videos. I am often sick, as I have a chronic illness. It often makes my mindset so dark and so negative. Hey Jonna! Thank you for your beautiful and heartfelt videos! Watching them has given me so much inspiration and appreciation for my surroundings. Being creative and especially nature have always been my biggest passion but I lost all of my creativeness for many years because I've been seriously ill. I used to love photograph nature, write and paint but becoming ill with Cluster headaches and the disease turning chronic very quickly (9-12 attacks per day) made me lose both the ability to do all those things plus it drained all interest and passion to do anything. Now after a neurostimulator surgery I'm slowly getting better and after watching your videos I took up photographing and writing again for the first time in 9 long years. Waiting for spring and summer so I can paint outside. I live right next to a large forest and realized I'm so lucky to be here, not anyway as remote as you live but still remote. Watching your videos made me appreciate my surroundings even more. You will probably never read this as there are so many followers and lovely messages from people all over the world. But thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your journey in this life! I saw in your previous vlog that you are fascinated by mountaineering and wanted to recommend a book to you. It's called "Not without peril" by Nicholas Howe and it's a collection of stories/folklore/history about mountain climbing in the Presidential Range in the US. A really good book! In case you do see this and you are in need of a Finnish translator for your videos I'm more than happy to help.
