I take all these meds thanks to these chronic conditions
1) Autoimmune Polyendocrinopathy-Candidiasis-Ectodermal Dystrophy (APECED)
2) HypoPARAthyroidism (this caused by the APECED not surgery)
3) Addisons Disease (primary. caused by the APECED)
