Learned behavior from the Matriarch of the family to always look “prim and proper” before the husband gets home; see him off when he leaves the house etc. Sadly that good practice has diminished/slowing dying, along with etiquette, moral values, respect and family values! Breakfast mei kya kya khana hei..food nutrition kese balance karna hei..same with lunch..apke yahan kya kya Banta hei.. Fir what about dinner..what about snacks..kyunki hum and our small babies sab kese acha healthy khana sikhenge..?? Vegetables meat roti dal chawal kese routine mei set karke banaye..i mean rice and chicken if lunch mei hei toh kya salad n koi Vegetables mandatory hei??
