That sounds so much like me except that I watch more youtube (current events) it's extremely difficult for me to read though I think about it daily. I should try the white noise. ( I like theology and psychology) I also have various journals. One for day to day what I did, one for what I am thinking and realizing/ learning, and others for taking notes on videos (Bible studies mostly). I need to get out more but have a hard time seeing people since small talk is exhausting. I'm 58 not diagnosed. I also try for a sleep routine. Bed by 10 and up by 6:30 - I cannot function at all the next day when overly tired and I don't sleep well in general so a schedule helps some but I am finding that I sleep better if I eat 6 hours before going to bed
