Adi bhaiya, I also exercise in the morning and in the afternoon or Evening . I do different kinds of stretching for the whole body, jumping jack, lunge, squat, bridge pose , plank . I do cycling to go to my tuition or another work at a distance within 5 to 6 km . Sometimes I walk. I pray to God by uttering the prayer song(I sing with listening to the song). I learned singing, dancing, and painting in my childhood to early teenage years. So, I can dance a little bit by observing. I follow Deepak Tulsyan > G M Dance Center. Sometimes, I practice dancing with their video on . I teach English to a class 5 student. I read and am preparing for the Staff Selection Commission 's exams. Photography is my most favorite hobby .
