In this video I want to bring you with me to my daily life in Little Corn Island.
In this small piece of paradise from 6am to 1pm there are no power, so 5:30 it’s a good time to wake up, and take a good care of me.
Then I prepare everything for my Yoga Class, clean the deck, organize the yoga mats, and do my self practice before start to teach. When we teach we don’t breathe properly because we are talking so it’s important to practice before. Usual I do the class I decided to give to see if it makes sense and keep the flow. I always prepare really well my classes, the previous day I decide what I want to teach, read my notes in my Yoga Bible to remember the commands and benefits from each Asana.
7:30am I receive the students, guests from the Lighthouse Hotel, Spa and Restaurant,

and outsiders who want to join us, and with my heart full I share the yoga knowledge with them.
In the end I always talk with the students. Clean the yoga mats, and leave it ready for the next day.
A wonderful breakfast it’s waiting me.
And then I start to work in my books. All the books I am writing are in Portuguese, Spanish and English so I always have a lot to write, review, and improve.
Sometimes I have treatments to give in the Spa, but not everyday.
In the afternoon I go out to explore this gem of Nicaragua. The island it’s small but has a lot to explore. I like to go to the different restaurants in different corners of the island and stay there for a while.
Sunset time it’s beautiful.
And when the night falls I go back home.
At 8pm I am ready to go to bed, read and sleep.
It’s a full day but doing only things that I love: to Teach Yoga, to give Treatments, to Write, to Explore… and everything done with time.
Time it’s the most valuable thing in our life’s.
When I quit my job I remember to feel strange with the fact that I had time for everything. And I realize time it’s money. When we have time we save a lot.
