Also there is a another trick with cards first get lots of the same card then flip it to the back last you pick a person to pick a card and say that you are going to read their mind then you get it correct!!!😊

Just know that conquering your fears doesn’t always mean overcoming them the first time!! It’s a fear, something that has caused a mental block. It’s not easy to push past that and it takes some time! Great job! I’m sure you will do it next time. :)

I also have stage fright. Whenever I see people beneath the stage, it makes me very nervous. Once I had a singing competition and I saw hundreds and thousands of people standing there looking at me. But then I realised it wasn’t that scary because I get used to it. Salish is slowly getting there, she just needs to built up the courage and try not to look at the crowd because it will make her nervous. Jordan, you and Xavier were very supportive! I always was very scared of being on stage and 1 week ago I tried to step out of my comfort zone I took part in my English Speech I'm the same age as salish and I was trembling on stage but I'm pretty proud of myself I didn't won but hey atleast I went up there and said the lines and I remembered them!i will encourage u all to do the same!

I’m a 14-year-old professional classical music performer. I have never had stage-fright in my life and I was very excited to perform every time I had the chance. The reason is because I think the audience is a really big confident boost to me and it hypes me up, making me forget about all the embarrassing things that could possibly happen. When you do something with passion, you will always do it successfully. So, from my experience, I know that you can do this, Salish! Don’t give up and do everything with your heart.

I am a musical theatre actor and I have to go onstage pretty much everynight. It will be okay Salish! Usually the worst part is leading up to it but when you step onstage all the nerves rush away 💕

I had stage fright to but when I had I gymnastics show on the River Park Center I just didn’t look I just did it. Don’t think about what other people are thinking. Just think about what you’re doing and what you’re gonna be good at.❤

Hey, listen, I know it’s hard to be away for a lot of people, but just do what you Gotta do and if you do something that you are afraid of you make it over the feel face your fear face your feel kind always almost makes it feel go away, and that would be really good don’t you want not to not be afraid of a lotta people you have a so many comments and I’m one of your biggest fans
