My DAUGHTER's first day of PUBLIC school *emotional* 

I appreciate that Cora was honest about the popularity from being a youtuber. I assume that’s one of the main reasons all the kids stay homeschooled. Back when me and Klai were in middle/highschool it was almost “taboo” for youtubers to acknowledge the fact that they get treated differently at school because of their RU-vid channels

I think it’s so important to surround yourself in a social environment with people other than your family.

I think going to a public school in Scotland would be the perfect way to really immerse Cora in the culture.

I think Cora should go at least a year in public school. Judging school based on your first day isn't valid since you're the new kid. She should've given it at least a few weeks for the 'new kid' popularity to die down and Mrs. Black seemed like an awesome teacher. They're rare to find nowadays!

My 4th grader tried public school for one day, and decided it wasn’t for her. She went back to a small private school with 30 kids total! Great job trying something new!! ❤

Hi, I was so excited to see Cora go experience public school since she's been homeschooled almost her entire life. My opinion on this video Is I've been a new kid also too although me and Cora are not the same person, I feel like she's going through what I have gone through. I have been homeschooled too and recently switched to public school... In the first day of school especially if your new Everyone will probably start talking about you because you're the new kid and people will notice. Also, the difference is that she's a youtuber but don't let it get to you the kids are probably surprised because she has some fame from being a youtuber and plus she's not originally from Scotland so it's probably a new experience from them. I feel like Cora had some good experience to the school because she had mentioned great things about it and her only problem was most likely because she has been homeschooled for a while and it's very hard to adapt to a new school especially if it's in a different country and because people probably knew she was a youtuber and she was nervous about it. Don't let it get to you once again her decision is her decision but if she experiences more days in the school then she will probably experience the same as the other kids "Of course some people still will give attention to her cause she's a youtuber and she's not from Scotland." But when maybe she will get used to it if you give her more time to experience more school days and classes. Her teacher also seems so nice and helpful, so I feel like it's a very good opportunity to have her experience more because chances are likely when you experience more of the school and getting used to it then she'll probably love it. Of course, once again her decision but please give her more time one day isn't enough at least 2 weeks or even a month is perfect to getting used to the environment so she can have a lot of friends, I'm a big fan of you guys and I feel that you should read this because it's really important and for her to see the visuals of it and getting to have a new change. (Sorry I only just noticed I wrote a whole essay lolll)

Homeschooling is great, because you are not just around kids of your same age. It’s good to have social skills for not only kids from your grade. I’ve been homeschooled my whole life, and love it!

I thought Cora would love going to public school and I understand that by being a RU-vidr she didn't want to be the popular kid at school. Evee didn't like public school either and that is funny that told she told on Cora lol about wearing eye shadow I so thought you would catch that Rachel lol. The school looked nice on the inside, well I hope all of the kids have a great homeschool school year and I hope Rykel is enjoying being back in college. I love the parts when ya'll was showing when Cora was in Kindergarten and now of her trying out middle school public school, those are some precious moments 💖.

Im so glad cora enjoyed public school and had a good time she is amazing even tho im older then her and evee is older then me by a couple days i still look up to evee and i look down to cora they are both awesome

I went to private school and the new kid would always be sorrounded because we were only 40 kids per grade so we knew everyone, its pretty common and it really does go away. Especially since she is american, many people would think its pretty cool she is from a different country and its natural to ask questions. Also, since she is a youtuber probably even more. However, the excitement disappears after the first week and she would have been like any other girl. I would have made her go to school for a year when moving to a new country so as to make friends, and not be isolated, but I guess that´s just me
