(Monday 8 July 2024).
I listened to BBC Radio York in Bed. Georgey Spanswick wroke North Yorkshire up. I listened to her until 09:10 when I got up got ready had breakfast -Frosties. I then had a relax and a rest and cought up on things until I went to get the bins in. I then had another relax and a rest until I had lunch at 11:10. I then left at 12:10 and had a great walk through the City Centre to the Hospital. I then helped on Meet And Greet between 12:50pm and 15:03pm. I then went to Ellerbys for some Water before I went up to AMB where I helped support Everyone on AMB between 15:20pm and 18:03pm. I then had a walk home and popped into Sainsburys for a few things. I then had a Cheeseburger with Salad and Spinich for tea. I then had a relax and a rest and watched TV before having supper.
