Thanks! I really find some similarities with Japan... we have not so beautifull nature, but the enjoing small simple life things, colour shemes in mittens, and so on that way, and love of nature....
Not always write coments, but i like to try some japanese dishes👍fall in love with miso soups, and buy at our gourmet store japan produced miso paste for making this, and further i look another interesting foods and how to made them in a simple, homely way. Next, i think to explore matcha, i never had it🙂🙂🙂before.❤
I am so glad you understand the taste of miso soup 🥰I see that Japanese miso is sold in Latvia! I am sure you will like that and other Japanese dishes too 🍚Matcha makes your body healthy 🌟😊Matcha powder and honey in milk will give you a peaceful break 💕☕
In Latvija we usually drink a lot homemade herb teas, gather at garden and neardy meadow. And very tasty one is from fermented leaves of apple tree, in my orchard. Taste very mild, and colour ir beautifull, like honey or light caramel velvet, somethin similar to roibush, but not exatcly.❤
Tea time with your favorite friends and family under the sun is a real blessing❣ I did not know that the herbal tea is made from fermented apple tree leaves! It's as if a very nice aroma has just reached my nose 🥰 sounds delicious❣I'll be drinking some herbal tea soon too😍
Thanks for answer!!!! Recipe is simple, gather leaves as much like, wash carefully, and moist put in clay pot, close and put overnight in warm oven , but i do not know about japan situation, because i did it at oven wich is include at wood burning stove... after end of all wood is burnt, that stove slowly stays cool till morning, and temperatue is low inside.. and next day take out and let dry, thats all.... but unfortunately i do not know what way such fermenting do in japan... leaves must change through night in warm place slowly from green to light brown, and stay smell nicely.. maybe possible look some recipe in internet, search" latvian teas" or how to make fermented tee from apple leaf, if it is interesting💞
Thank you for telling me in detail❣️It seems that apple leaves are not sold in Japan💦However, I would like to drink apple herbal tea, so I will investigate further☺️Your house has a wood-burning stove, it's wonderful🥰
